PEMBELAJARAN CONTEXTUAL TERHADAP CRITICAL THINKING MELALUI PROBLEM POSING PADA MATERI KENAMPAKAN ALAM DAN KENAMPAKAN BUATAN
Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan atas dasar rendahnya kemampuan critical thinking siswa SD khususnya dalam pembelajaran IPS. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh model pembelajaran Pembelajaran Contextual terhadap kemampuan critical thinking melalui problem posing. Pembelajaran Contextual melalui problem posing ini adalah pembelajaran yang berbasis pengajuan soal, yaitu siswa mengajukan soal berdasarkan situasi yang diberikan guru secara Pembelajaran Contextual. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen desain nonequivalent control group design dengan sampel penelitiannya 10 siswa kelas V SDN Sadangsari 02 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 10 siswa kelas V SDN Sudapatih 01 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes dan nontes. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kemampuan critical thinking siswa di kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol meningkat Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Pembelajaran Contextual melalui Problem Posing memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan critical thinking siswa. Model pembelajaran ini bisa dijadikan salah satu alternatif kegiatan pembelajaran IPS di sekolah dasar

Abstract
This research was conducted on the basis of the lowskills critical thinking of elementary students, especially in social studies learning. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of theLearning learning model Contextual onskills critical thinking through problem posing.learning Contextual through problem posing is learning based on the submission of questions, namely students submit questions based on the situation given by the teacher inLearning Contextual. The method of this study is a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design with a sample of 10 students in grade V SDN Sadangsari 02 as an experimental class and 10 students in grade V SDN Sudapatih 01 as a control class. The instruments used were tests and non-tests. The results showed thatabilities of critical thinking students in the experimental class and control class increased. The results showed that theLearning model Contextual through Problem Posing had an influence onabilities critical thinking students'. This learning model can be used as an alternative to social studies learning activities in elementary schools
